Yesterday, with both the House and Senate in session, there were 85 bills introduced. Two of those bills may receive additional coverage in this blog:
HR 3133 To establish a National Secure Data Service, and for other purposes. Rep. Beyer, Donald S., Jr. [D-VA-8]
HR 3138 To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to authorize a grant program relating to the cybersecurity of State and local governments, and for other purposes. Rep. Clarke, Yvette D. [D-NY-9]
I will be watching HR 3133 for language and definitions that would indicated that it addresses control system cybersecurity issues. I am not holding my breath on this one.
