Today the House passed HR
6438, the DHS Countering Unmanned Aircraft Systems Coordinator Act by a voice
vote. There was only 8 minutes of debate on the bill and no amendments were
offered.
If the bill is taken up in the Senate (an open question) it
will almost certainly be considered under the unanimous consent process with
less debate and no vote.
