No Incident Summary
The PHMSA hazmat transportation incident database is still
not functioning. It went down on December 12th, 2025, and there is
no indication when it will again be publicly available. At this point I am beginning
to be concerned that this may be part of the continuing war on public
information being conducted by this Administration.
