There was an explosion and fire at a local refinery. Three people were transported to hospital (possibly one by helicopter) for treatment. There is no description of the damage or estimate of cost of damage.

Sacramento, CA – 11-4-25

There was an industrial accident where a forklift struck a pressure relief valve on an ammonia storage tank. The release injured one worker (hospitalized) and resulted in local evacuations.
