Yesterday the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced that it had received an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) from the EPA on “Clean Water Act Hazardous Substance Facility Response Plans; Amendment Reconsideration ”. This rulemaking was not included in the Spring 2025 Unified Agenda. It does appear, however, that this rulemaking is in response to the final rule published on March 28th, 2024.
