There was a vehicle accident involving a mostly empty, pressurized storage tank being transported on a flatbed truck. The tank came off the truck and began leaking ‘liquid oxygen’. The tank contained “residual liquid oxygen that had been used to clean the tank prior to its transport” according to news reports. No injuries were reported. The reports did not include any estimates of the damage caused by the incident.

Not CSB reportable, this is a transportation related release incident.
