122-kgal oil spill in refinery tank farm, contained on site. No injuries, no specific damage estimates.

Current cost of crude oil $77.81 per barrel = $1.85 per gallon, thus the cost of the spilled oil is about $225,700; a quarter of the way to $1 million dollar trigger for CSB reporting. Cleanup costs probably put it over that amount.

Possible CSB reportable.
