Bills Introduced – 3-8-21

Yesterday, with just the House in session, there were 78 bills introduced. One of those bills will receive additional coverage in this blog:

HR 1607 To amend title 28, United States Code, to allow claims against foreign states for unlawful computer intrusion, and for other purposes. Rep. Allred, Colin Z. [D-TX-32]

It will be interesting to see if the bill attempts to define attribution or how attribution will be determined.
