Yesterday with both the House and Senate in session there
were 87 bills introduced. Two of these were cybersecurity related bills that may
receive additional coverage in this blog:

1731 To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to promote transparency
in the oversight of cybersecurity risks at publicly traded companies. Rep.

771 A bill to amend section 21 of the Small Business Act to require cyber
certification for small business development center counselors, and for other
purposes. Sen. Rubio, Marco [R-FL]
I will be watching these bills for specific language and or
definitions related to industrial control system security.
