Yesterday with the House and Senate in session there were 67
bills introduced. Of those one may be of specific interest to readers of this
blog:

1891 To amend the Plant Protection Act with respect to authorized uses of
methyl bromide, and for other purposes. Rep.

It will be interesting to see how this bill would get around
the current prohibitions against the production or use of methyl bromide under
the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
