yesterday. Of those there was one that may be of specific interest to readers

2410 A bill to promote transparency in the oversight of cybersecurity risks
at publicly traded companies. Sen.

According to various news reports it is likely that this
bill will require some sort of ‘cybersecurity’ representation on corporate
boards. It will be interesting to see if there is anything that specifically
addresses ICS coverage.
