HJ Res 59 Introduced – FY 2014 CR

HJ Res 59, the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2014, was introduced yesterday as I predicted in my earlier blog post (no real prognostication skills required). The official copy will not be available until later in the morning, but a Appropriations Committee Draft is available.

Generally speaking the CR will continue funding at the 2013 sequestered level with a few minor exceptions that don’t deal with chemical safety, security or cybersecurity. That funding is extended until December 15th, 2013{§106(3)}.  The CFATS program is extended until the same date {§122}.
