Response to Comment on 4-1-08 Blog
Yesterday Fmillar1 posted a comment to my blog from the previous day (see: DOT Proposed Rule Touches on IST”). He made the point that I had assumed that this proposed rule was the one refered to in the linked USA Today article. He states that there are more than just this rule coming out; including “two on reil (sic) security.” This would certainly make more sense than what I had assumed. Thanks for providing that information.
