CISA Publishes CIRCIA Meeting Schedule – 5-26-26

Today, CISA published a meeting notice in the Federal Register (91 FR 30498) for “Town Hall Meetings to Provide Input on Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA) Rulemaking”. These four public meetings replace meetings originally scheduled earlier this year but were not held due to the DHS shutdown. 

The four scheduled meetings are: 

• General Session 1—Monday, June 15, 2026, 

• Critical Infrastructure Sectors Grouping A—Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 

• General Session 2—Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and 

• Critical Infrastructure Sectors Grouping B—Thursday, June 18, 2026 

CISA is looking for public input on CIRCIA notice of proposed rulemaking that was published on April 4th, 2024. CISA is looking for comments on specific items of interest. 

These will be virtual meetings, and registration is required. CISA is requesting that participants limit their prepared comments to 3 minutes but written comments may be submitted. Comments should be emailed to CIRCIA@cisa.dhs.gov. Transcripts of meeting will be posted to www.cisa.gov/circia.
