• Largest container involved – 33,656-gal DOT 112J340W Railcar {Petroleum Gases, Liquefied or Liquefied Petroleum Gas} Liquid line valve slightly open and the plug less than tool tight.
• Largest amount spilled – 7303-gal Unspecified DOT Truck {Nitrogen, Refrigerated Liquid (Cryogenic Liquid)} Trailer-tire fire destroyed gasket upstream of pressure builder.
