Yesterday, the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) announced that it had improved a “Memorandum to State Drinking Water Administrators on Public Water System Cybersecurity”. Memorandum’s like this are not typically included in the Unified Agenda so we have no official notice of the contents of the memo, but this is probably part of the Administration’s expansion of cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure.
We may see the publication of this Memorandum later this
week.
