Yesterday CISA’s Office of Chemical Security updated their CFATS Monthly Statistics page to reflect the activities of the chemical security inspectors of the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) program and the status of facilities covered by that program for the month of March 2021.

The table below reflects the reported activities for chemical security inspectors for the last four months.

Compliance assistance visits dropped off last month, but that is more a function of requests by the regulated community than organizational planning by OCS.
Facility Status
The table below reports the month end status of facilities currently regulated under the CFATS program.

It is hard to tell for sure from the reported statistics,
but it looks that, while there was a net increase in covered facilities last
month, there still could have been a couple of facilities that were removed
from coverage under the CFATS program.
