With both the House and Senate getting ready to leave
Washington following the State of the Union address, there were 35 bills
introduced. Of those, one may be of specific interest to readers of this blog:

2360 A bill to provide for the minimum size of crews of freight trains, and
for other purposes. Sen.
Heitkamp, Heidi [D-ND]
I am not concerned with the crew size requirements of this
bill, but I will be watching the ‘for other purposes’ to see if it includes and
chemical transportation provisions.
