Yesterday with both the House and Senate in session there
were 48 bills introduced. Of those, only one may be of specific interest to
readers of this blog:

To provide for mandamus actions under chapter 601 of title 49 of the United
States Code. Rep. Speier, Jackie [D-CA-14]
It will be interesting to see what type of new enforcement
authority this bill would provide in the pipeline safety program.
