CSB Publishes Final Rule on Administrative Changes

Today the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) published a final rule in the Federal Register (80 FR 46822-46824) updating administrative procedures related to public meetings. The notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for this rule was published in May, 2015. The final rule was adopted without any changes from the NPRM.
