DHS continues to expand ways that the public can find information about the proposed Ammonium Nitrate Security Program; adding links to the ANSP web site from various pages. The new pages with ANSP links include:
• Chemical Security landing page; and
The latter page leads through the Ammonium Nitrate Security Statue and Regulations page. This page lists the §563 authorization (in yet another spending bill) for the ANSP. That page also provides links to the advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) and the notice of proposed rulemaking for the program.
Interestingly the Office of Infrastructure Protection web page that lists ISCD as the lead office for CFATS does not mention that they also have responsibility for ANSP.
