House Committee Hearing – Markup of CFATA of 2008
Chairman Thompson announced today that the House Homeland Security Committee will be holding an open markup session on the “Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Act of 2008”. The hearing will be held tomorrow, March 6th at 11:00 am (EST). This is the second mark-up session on this draft legislation (see: “Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Act of 2008 Markup”) this year. A copy of the pre-markup version of the draft bill can be found on the committee web site.
