With both the Senate and House in Session yesterday there
were 12 bills introduced. Of those one may be of specific interest to readers
of this blog:
This is the bill that I
mentioned yesterday as being on the markup list for today’s hearing of the
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. A draft
copy of the bill is on the Committee web site and as currently crafted does
not contain any control system language. We’ll see what amendments come out
this morning.
