DHS CSAT FAQ Page Update 06-04-10

This week there was only one answer updated on the extensive DHS Chemical Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. The question was: 1563: How do I know if my facility is a Treatment Works as defined in Section 212 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act? Readers of this blog might remember that this same FAQ response was updated last week. As was the case last week, there is no real change to the answer. The revision takes care of another typo that was missed in last week’s update. Minor corrections like this are just another indication of how seriously the folks at the CSAT Help Desk take their work.

DHS CSAT FAQ Page Update – 02-05-10

This last week DHS updated two of the responses for existing questions on the Chemical Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) web page. The revised answers were addressing the following questions: 1340 What is the definition of an Article? 1557 What should I do if I think my facility was incorrectly determined to be high-risk or received an incorrect preliminary risk-based tier determination? Neither of the revisions is earth shaking. The revision to the answer for question 1340 revises the referenced page in the CSAT Top-Screen User's Manual. The answer for question 1557 was revised to reflect that the Acting Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection, Mr. Todd M. Keil, is the person whom would be responsible evaluating and responding to Requests for Redetermination.
