Today, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published a notice in the Federal Register (86 FR 61284-61285) announcing that it had established the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee as required by 6 USC 665e. The Committee was officially established on June 25th, 2021, but the Committee web site shows that no one has yet been appointed to the Committee.
CISA was supposed {§665e(c)(1)(A)} to have appointed up to
35 members to the Committee by June 1st, 2021.
