On the Floor of the House
As I reported
on Saturday the House will take up HR
1589, the CBRN Intelligence and Information Sharing Act of 2019. The bill
will be considered under the House suspension of the rules process. This
requires a super-majority to pass with minimal debate and no floor amendments.
The bill is expected to receive substantial bipartisan support.
