Sometime after noon yesterday the Committee on Energy and Commerce finally published the witness list for today’s subcommittee hearing on HR 5533 and HR 5577. While it was posted late, the list looks to be fairly comprehensive. It includes:

- Brad Coffey, Water Treatment Section Mgr, Metropolitan Water District of So. Cal

- Marty Durbin, Dir Federal Affairs, American Chemistry Council
- Andrea Kidd Taylor, Asst Professor, Morgan State University
