Yesterday the OMB’s Office of Information and Regulatory
Affairs (OIRA) announced
that it had received from DOT’s Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration
(PHMSA) the final
rule for “Pipeline Safety: Safety of Gas Transmission Pipelines, MAOP
Reconfirmation, Expansion of Assessment Requirements and Other Related
Amendments”. The notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for this was
published in April, 2016.
