Yesterday the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) announced
that they had released a new safety video for the 2020 Watson Grinding fatal
explosion and fire. The video (No Detection: Explosion at
Watson Grinding) shows the events leading up to the explosion and fire that
killed two employees and an off-site neighbor of the facility, and discusses
the measures that the company should have taken that would have prevented the
incident from occurring.
