Today, CISA added an ‘Archived Content’ notice (see below) to the pages on the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards program web site. While this is not an official acknowledgment that Congress is not going to re-establish the program (see my post CFATS is Dead), it is a careful step on the road to announcing that reality.
