S 3969 – MTSA 2010

I’ve been kind of busy this last week and I haven’t had a chance to review S 3969, the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2010, introduced last week by Sen. Rockefeller (D, WV). Now I’m glad that I didn’t; Laurie Thomas just published her review of the legislation on her Maritime Security/MTSA News Blog.
