On Tuesday the House passed HR 4824, the
Homeland Security Science and Technology Authorization Act of 2010 on a voice vote. No amendments were made to the reported version of the bill. This means that the chemical security related provisions I noted in the
introduced version of the bill and in the full committee
mark-up remained unchanged in the version of the bill passed in the House this week.
The bill now goes to the Senate where it might be reach the floor before the fall recess (no one will look at it before the summer recess).
