The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs
web site now has
an agenda posted for their Business Meeting next week; nothing on it about any CFATS legislation. So Sen. Collins’
reported comments and
my resulting explorations were for naught. As I did expect, the nomination of John Pistole to be head of the TSA and a mark-up of S 3480, the Lieberman-Collins cybersecurity bill, are both on the agenda as well as a number of items of import to someone, but not the chemical security community.
