STB Renders Decision on UP Petition

Today the Surface Transportation Board rendered a decision granting a petition for declaratory order “to the extent necessary to clarify that Union Pacific Railroad Company (UP) has an obligation to quote common carrier rates and provide service for the transportation of chlorine for the movements at issue in this case.” More analysis of decision will follow.
