QHSR Dialogue Ending

This is just about one day left on the third and last dialogue on the Quadrennial Homeland Security Review. This will be your last chance to have even a small chance to affect the development of the QHSR report that that Secretary Napolitano will be submitting to Congress at the end of the year. This will be both a historic document (the first QHSR) and a blue print on how to conduct future QHSR. Your input in this Dialogue will have a chance to impact both aspects of the QHSR. On a personal note, I would like to see some more responses to the three ideas that I have submitted. I know that there are a large number of regular readers to this blog, but only 8 people have rated the ideas I have submitted. Only four people have responded with written comments. . Those ideas are: “Restricting Access to Dangerous Chemicals” “Self-regulation of Dangerous Chemicals” “Protecting Chemical Facilities” I would like to think that the readers of this blog are people with a personal and professional interest in chemical security matters. DHS is specifically looking for people like you to participate in this dialogue. Your backgrounds and experiences mean that your informed responses will be especially valuable in the development of the strategies that DHS will employ over the next four years.
